Delivery & returns
Everything you need to know about pre-orders, postage and sending things back.
Pre-orders
Our first batch is on pre-order. You pay when you order, and we'll email you with a dispatch date as soon as the batch arrives with us. If anything changes, we'll tell you straight away.
Delivery
- Royal Mail: £5.99.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
- Allow about a week for your order to arrive once it's posted.
- We deliver to UK addresses only for now.
Returns and cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and to a refund for anything faulty.
Our full returns process (how to send items back and who pays return postage) is being finalised. Until then, email the3bearsclothing@gmail.com or call 07891 135712 and we'll sort it out.
Sizing
Every design comes in S, M, L, XL and XXL. The box fit tee is cut bigger and boxier than the regular tee. Not sure? Message us and we'll help.
